PlungeLab is made by Eggyolk. This website describes the native app; it does not record sessions or process health data.

## Product facts

- Platforms: iPhone with iOS 26 or later; Apple Watch with watchOS 11 or later. No Android or web tracking app.
- Activities: cold plunge and ice bath logging, cold showers, open water, and manual sauna or contrast logging on iPhone.
- A Watch is optional for manual logging. Watch capture records elapsed time and available heart-rate data. Water-temperature sensing is limited to supported Ultra hardware and available sensor readings; it is not guaranteed for showers.
- Core capture and session history are free. Optional PlungeLab Pro purchases add personal comparisons and analysis tools. Current prices, products, and trial eligibility are shown by the App Store and in-app purchase sheet.
- Session history and Apple Health analysis stay on the user's devices during ordinary app use. RevenueCat receives limited purchase and technical data, not session or Health data. Website hosting and support communications are separate processing described in the privacy policy.
- Personal comparisons describe associations, not causation. PlungeLab is not a medical device, exposure prescription, or emergency service. Never use a timer or sensor reading as a guarantee of safety.
