PlungeLab support

A little help, when you need it.

Get help with PlungeLab on iPhone and Apple Watch, purchases, Apple Health, and your data.

Talk to us

Email gungor@eggyolk.io with the subject PlungeLab support. You’ll be contacting the team behind PlungeLab directly.

To help us understand the issue, include:

  • Your PlungeLab app version.
  • Your iPhone and Apple Watch models, and their iOS or watchOS versions.
  • What you expected to happen, what happened instead, and the steps that led to it.

Please don’t send health records, session exports, payment details, or Apple Account credentials. If a specific diagnostic is needed, we’ll explain what to share and why.

Apple Watch and session syncing

Can’t find the Watch app? Check that your Apple Watch is paired with your iPhone, then check the Watch app on iPhone for the PlungeLab companion installation. PlungeLab requires iOS 26 or later and watchOS 11 or later. Sensor features vary by Watch model.

A session hasn’t appeared on iPhone? Bring your paired devices together and open PlungeLab on both. If the session still doesn’t appear, contact us with the device and app details above.

Don’t uninstall either app to troubleshoot a missing session: one device may hold the only copy of that session.

Apple Health and insights

Apple Health access is optional. You can review permissions in your iPhone’s Health app or under Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > PlungeLab. Permissions can be granted separately for each data type; the app may not have all the observations needed for an insight.

If Insights is still collecting data, the plunge-day comparison needs at least eight usable plunge days and eight usable rest days. Missing Health readings can also limit a comparison. Pro access unlocks the feature, but doesn’t guarantee enough observations or a clear difference.

Extra plunges are not a troubleshooting step. Insights describe patterns, not cause and effect, and aren’t medical advice.

Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds

Pro isn’t recognized? Try Restore Purchases in PlungeLab and confirm you’re using the Apple Account that made the purchase. If access is still missing, contact us. Don’t send your password or payment-card details.

Manage or cancel an auto-renewing subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app or its local data does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles billing and refund requests; refunds are subject to Apple’s rules and applicable law.

See the purchase terms for more information.

Your data and privacy

PlungeLab doesn’t require an account. Your session history and Apple Health analysis stay on your devices during ordinary app use. Support can’t retrieve data that never leaves your devices.

On iPhone, Settings > Your Data > Delete iPhone data removes PlungeLab’s local iPhone data. Data stored separately on Apple Watch may remain; review the Watch copy separately. Apple Health records, purchase records, and subscription cancellation are also separate from local app deletion.

Read the full privacy policy before deleting or sharing data. For privacy requests, email gungor@eggyolk.io with the subject PlungeLab Privacy Request.

PlungeLab is a fitness and journaling tool, not a medical device or emergency service. Support isn’t monitored as an emergency channel. If you believe there is an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Read the Terms of Service for the full safety warnings, license, and purchase conditions, and the Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.
